Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

We visited The Yellow House for one week in September and had a wonderful time. The apartment offers everything you need on a daily basis and it was also very clean. The communication with Aldo was always very helpful and friendly. We came with two children (age 6 and age 11 months) and the apartment as well as the neighborhood were perfect for them, too. There is a beautiful playground surrounded by pine trees (so always shady) directly acaross the street. There are several supermarkets nearby (~15 minutes by car) and last but not least we went to many beautiful beaches! Also perfect for children due to flat long banks. Soggiorno memorabile, struttura e proprietario impeccabili

La struttura è conforme alla descrizione, accogliente e completa di tutto il necessario per una vacanza estiva, posizione ottimale per visitare le spiagge più belle da Chia a Teulada. Il proprietario (Aldo) si è dimostrato sempre disponibile ed affidabile, interessandosi anche alle nostre più piccole necessità e richieste.

Sehr erholsam im schönen "yellow house"

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohneinheit, alles war da was man brauchte und in sehr guten Zustand. Große Außenterasse an der Hausvorderseite sowie Garten an der Hinterseite lädt zum Verweilen ein, ein Grill war auch vorhanden. Für kräftigere Menschen ist die Dusche allerdings sehr klein, dies hat uns aber nicht gestört, es gab ja auch eine Außendusche ;-) . Leider waren das Schlafzimmer sehr hellhörig als im Nachbarhaus Gäste eingzogen sind. Für Kinder wurde vom freundlichen Vermieter Aldo Strandspielzeug zur Verfügung gestellt, zudem ist ein schöner Kinderspielplatz nur 25m entfernt. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang von maximal 5 Minuten ist man am nahe gelegenen Strand oder man fährt ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu den herrlichen Strände in der Umgebung. Der sehr freundiche Vermieter Aldo stand mit Rat und Tat jedezeit zur Verfügung und hatte auch Tipps für Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeitrn, schönen Stränden, etc. bereit. Vielen Dank noch einmal an Aldo für den freundlichen Empfang und die guten Tipps!

Una settimana nel comfort in un posto meraviglioso

Siamo stati ospiti nell'appartamento blu per una settimana. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato il sig. Aldo che con cordialità, simpatia e disponibilità ci ha immediatamente messi a nostro agio. L' appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli ed estremamente funzionale oltre che esteticamente bello, proprio come in foto. La posizione è ottima, veramente a pochi passi dal mare e a pochi km dalle più belle spiagge della Sardegna del sud. Siamo stati benissimo, e speriamo di ritornarci al più presto!
