The resort was absolutely gorgeous! The beach was one of the best I’ve been to for the white soft sand and low seaweed. The food was amazing everywhere we went on the resort. We didn’t feel the need to upgrade for the extra 2 restaurants because the food was so well done at the ones we had access to. The staff is all super friendly and very helpful for anything we needed. The resort had a very peaceful and elegant atmosphere. The swim out pool was the perfect temperature to lounge in for as long as you want without getting cold. I would absolutely return to this resort.

Consistency in pool temperature. It was very difficult to plan our days during cooler weather. The bed linens were terrible. They felt like plastic. No irons on the property. We weren’t able to wear half of the clothes we brought because there wasn’t an iron and we were not able to get into several of the restaurants because we didn’t have appropriate attire. Steamers do not work the same as an iron. Lastly, making requests on the app was useless. We sent several different messages and the response was always to ask at the front desk. Don’t encourage the use of the app if you can’t help with anything via the chat feature.
