First of all, the foods here are excellent and this is me speaking from trying 9 out of 13 restaurants including the indoor-dining. Also, the staff are wonderful, but English-limited which is kind of expected. I always came back to a sparkling clean room with snacks refilled, bed well- made, towels replaced, soaps and shower caps replaced. Asides from the fact that resort is quite a distance from the airport and not easy to get a ride that goes there, this resort is amazing! I met couples on honeymoon, baby moon etc. I came on a solo trip and I enjoyed it especially with the activities being on time. It was fun to learn about the Mexican culture too! The beach had some seaweed tho (I visited in September 2025). Thankfully, no hurricanes at all. Only saw light rain on one of the mornings and that was it. I shall be back!

Beautiful contemporary hotel. Pools, beach, service, dinner restaurants all outstanding. Large beautifully decorated rooms. Service and cleanliness is excellent. Inspira upgrade needed to have access to beach bed cabanas, padded beach chairs and separate pool ( which we never used). Also had a "butler" who is helpful to get restaurant reservations, hospitality rooms, so we could stay later on our last day. If you're more of a pool than a beach person Inspira probably not worth it.

Staff was the greatest across the whole resort! Max from El Bar de La Calle was the greatest ever bartender. All the restaurants were great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We could not be any happier with our stay and it really set the bar high for any other hotel to top our experience.
