Overall, great hotel amenities and food. The rooms were spacious with a lot of food choices and delicious food. The two stars knocked off is due to the experience our group got from the staff. We felt extremely discriminated due to our race. One of the cafe visits, I asked for an extra espresso shot for one of my drinks and the cafe worker rolled her eyes and sighed at me!! I did not see her doing that to other customers. One other time was during breakfast, we got seated first amongst the tables around us and we were never asked for drink choices while every other table around us had drinks on the table. I had to literally chase them down to even just get water. For being 5 star hotel, I expected better service. I do not book nice hotels to be discriminated just for being the ethnicity I am. Terribly disappointed.

The property was amazing! It was a beautiful resort with everything that you could ask for. The couples massage was great! Resonable price for the experience and quality. Above all else I think the staff is what really made Atelier top tier. The attention and ever improving service by the day as they recognized you was amazing! Thank you Atelier and staff!
