This newer home features 5 bedrooms, 8 beds, 2.5 baths and a HUGE 4K 120" screen theater room to enjoy movies, video games or your favorite shows. The Cottage combines upscale modern décor with an inviting open floor plan, perfect for families or large groups. Read the many reviews and see why guests love staying here!

The Cottage is a popular destination for large groups, especially for those coming to the area for a wedding, special celebration, work or local event. The house is conveniently located near many shopping areas, attractions, wedding venues and neighboring cities like Tacoma. Take a day to explore Seattle, hike beautiful Mount Rainier or enjoy the famous Washington State Fair.

Like to simply relax at home? The backyard features plenty of seating under a lighted gazebo with gas firepit, gas grill and dining table. You can also find several family board games, puzzles, poker set and adult games available in the living room cabinets.

As you drive into Rainier Ridge in Puyallup, WA, you will see an ever-growing community of beautiful new homes with amazing views of Mount Rainier. Bold black cabinets and contrasting white countertops catch your eye as you walk into the kitchen area. You see the open floor plan that is ideal for entertaining and includes a dining area and contemporary living room space with an inviting stone fireplace.

Making your way up the stairs, you check out the five bedrooms, each one with a unique decor. The rooms are bright and clean with comfortable beds. Bathrooms are stocked with clean white towels, soap, shampoo, and essential toiletries. The youngest quickly discovers the kid room with a bunk bed, trundle and a fun tent to play in! Each room boasts its own 4K Smart TV with all the popular apps.

But wait, you haven't seen the best part yet! Walking upstairs you see classic movie posters inviting you to the upper loft. The room is painted black with dark curtains and has a huge 120 inch screen with laser projector. Comfortable, reclining leather chairs seat up to 10 people with cup holders and USB charging ports. You realize you have your very own movie theater!! If that wasn't enough, you'll see an Xbox Series S with four wireless controllers and a 4k UHD Blu-ray player. This house was awesome for our family! The host was so friendly and responsive to all questions before and during our stay. Location, location, location. This house is close to beautiful parks and going outside (on a clear day) the view is unbelievable of Mt. Rainier. Definitely will be staying here again.

Mike was so accommodating and communicative. He was able to grant a small request of having a Christmas tree in the home for us to use which really added to the atmosphere. Beautiful location, the theatre room is amazing (better than going to a theatre). 3 stories, but nice staircases with good rails and carpet. Deep bathtub in main bath and nice large shower in master (even included robes to wear). Kids loved it.

We stayed for a nearby wedding, and the house had the perfect layout for our group. It had all the basic things we needed in the kitchen and was organized really well. Not a lot of parking in the neighborhood, but two spots in the garage and two spots outside was plenty. Owner/manager was really nice and helpful.

Our stay at Michael's property was absolutely amazing! Everything about it was simply fantastic. The home was perfect for our needs, with plenty of space, and so comfortable. Nice seating outside for eating, an incredible home theater, a view of he mountain through an upstairs window, a nicely stocked kitchen with spices for cooking, excellent host communication... I can't say enough good about how magical it was for our family!

Comfortable stay with great host!

The home smelled and looked exceptionally clean. It was well equipped for our children with tons of room to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and the parks were fun to have close by. We were in town visiting family, and Michael accommodated a very last minute change to our schedule. We'll stay there again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at Mike's property--everything was just as pictured. We appreciated the comfortable beds, welcome snacks and waters, tourism info and great communication with the host. The home theater area with comfy recliners was an added bonus. This home is in a really convenient location, close to grocery stores, restaurants and coffee. We also liked being able to use the garage to park vehicles and store wedding necessities. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

Perfect for large family

My husband and I as well as our daughters and their families drove up from California to celebrate my Dad’s 90th birthday. This house was perfect for our family of eleven. Extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. The theater room was a big hit for watching movies and playing video games. We would definitely love to stay here for future visits.

We had a great time at this beautiful home! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and exactly as described. The host Mike was amazing! He was very responsive, respectful, and always checked in and made sure we had everything needed! He even reached out regarding items we left behind accidentally which was so thoughtful and appreciative. The location was perfect and the home was overall the best. We truly enjoyed our stay. Such a great property!! They deliver what they advertise and more. Lots of extra welcoming touches and conveniences. They were flexible to work with us and our crazy wedding weekend schedule. The kitchen is well stocked and instructions for your stay and checkout are shared clearly. The theater room is super fun and the movie posters are a fun touch! Their communication was welcoming and they were quick to respond to messages. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it!!!!

Fantastic property

The house was big enough for our large group (7 adults and 4 kids). Plenty of room and parking. The host checked in on us and made sure we were comfortable. Family enjoyed the movie room and popcorn. We did not use the firepit or bbq, but enjoyed the outside area. Central to where we needed to go and places we we needed to be. Thank yoy, Mike, for an amazing home.
