The apartment is 3 km from Poetto beach, 12 km from Cagliari, 50 km from Villasimius, 66 km from Chia beach, 11 km from Elmas airport (CA), 2 km from the Carrefour shopping center-Le Vele con cinema multiplex, 800 meters from the Kinetica clinic. The strategic position gives the possibility to visit during the stay both the seaside resorts of the south-eastern area (Mari Pintau, Geremeas, Cala Regina, Villasimius, Costa Rei) and those of the south-western area (Pula, Chia, Nora). The nearby Poetto beach can be reached in a few minutes both by car and by bicycle. Large 180 square meters, consisting of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the dining area and the kitchen. It is located on the second floor in a mini-condominium consisting of 3 apartments, there is no elevator. The generous dimensions allow a comfortable arrangement, it is structured to accommodate up to 8 people. the apartment has air conditioning, tv, wifi, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. 1 set of towels is provided per guest (shower towel, face, guest) and sheets. A few minutes away is the Molentargius Park where you can admire the pink flamingos

Soggiorno perfetto!
Il soggiorno nell’appartamento di Marco è stato semplicemente perfetto! Dalla gentilezza nel bloccarci i giorni richiesti, prima del pagamento, nel momento della prenotazione, fino all’accoglienza in casa. Marco ed Emanuela oltre a farci trovare una casa enorme, pulitissima, profumata e piena di confort (due bagni, aria condizionata, asciugamani, macchina del caffè...) ci hanno seguito passo passo durante il soggiorno consigliandoci spiagge, luoghi dove mangiare o dove acquistare prodotti tipici. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa nostra! Consigliatissimo!
