At 200 meters from the sea with a large and well-kept garden, an external loggia with table and BBQ, shower, solarium and garden sofas. It is the ideal place for families with children / teens or small groups of adventurers.
Villa ANDREA is on two levels and is as follows:
Ground floor:
• 1 large double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms with full bathroom and shower.
• Double lounge area.
• Dining room with TV and overlooking the patio.
• Fully equipped kitchen with all comforts (gas cooker, double electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, Lavazza coffee machine, dishwasher ...)
• Service bath with shower and laundry area.
• Food storage.
Upper floor:
On the upper floor it is possible to access it via a staircase that looks out onto the living area and leads to the second sleeping area with a double bedroom with complete private bathroom (shower) and independent access to the beautiful terrace where you can have breakfast, read a book or enjoy the view of a sunset.
The villa has a large and well-kept garden equipped with outdoor sofas and armchairs, a gazebo, a large table for 10/12 people and sun loungers where you can sunbathe and enjoy relaxing moments outdoors. The garden is also equipped with an outdoor shower.
