Villa privata indipendente con accesso diretto alla spiaggia di sabbia bianca di Sant'Andrea ( Flumini ), dotata di 3 camere da letto: 2 matrimoniale , una con balcone vista vista mare, e la seconda vista mare, e una con un letto a castello con balcone vista mare.
Le camere e 1 bagno con doccia sono al piano superiore che si raggiunge da una comoda scala con corrimano di sicurezza , al piano terra un ampio salone con zona pranzo ,cucina con piano cottura, frigorifero , lavastoviglie , forno elettrico, salotto con zona tv ,camino e bagno con doccia, lavatrice comunicante con una porta con zona adiacente esterna per stendere e stirare.
Il suo ampio giardino curato sarà uno spazio dove potrete rilassarvi nei comodi salottini , cenare all'aperto sotto il gazebo, prendere il sole in assoluta privacy e far giocare i vostri bambini senza nessun pericolo, cuocere nel barbecue. nicht empfehlenswert reine abzocke und verarsche

Das Haus ist überteuert für das was man bekommt. Alt, schimmelig, stickig ohne Klimaanlage, verdreckt, ohne fließend Wasser oder Warmwasser, das Meer voller Algen und schwarz, ungewöhnlich für Sardinien, die Möbel fallen zusammen, Schränke voller Rost. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit sind sehr sehr alt und verschönert. Wir haben 2 Wochen in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und jeden Tag hatten wir neue Überraschungen. Abtropfschrank für die Teller war voller Rost komplett undicht und kaputt, Teller sind kaputtgegangen weil der Schrank zusammen gekracht ist, wir mussten den Schaden übernehmen! Die Vermieter sind erst super lieb und zuvorkommend, sobald du aus dem Haus bist kommen böse nachrichten und Rechnungen de man übernehmen soll. Überteuert und eine absolute verarsche ist diese Unterkunft! Der Meerabschnitt ist eines der hässlichsten und dreckigsten auf Sardinien, wir sind jedes Jahr auf dieser Insel und das war mit Abstand das schlimmste was wir gesehen haben. FINGER WEG!!

Hat alles Hervorragend geklappt

Unterkunft hält genau das was sie verspricht, die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar (wir hatten eine Reifenpanne und es wurde umgehend versucht uns zu helfen- obwohl Sonntag war) und unglaublich net. Der Zugang direkt zum Meer war perfekt gerade für die Kinder, die Gegend und der Strandabschnitt sind eher ruhig und der Strand fällt lang flach ins Meer ab. Es lungern keine Strandverkäufer herum und der Strand und das Meer sind sauber. In der Unterkunft war alles notwendige vorhanden, wir haben uns sehr willkommen geheißen gefühlt.

Das Haus und die Lage ist superschön. Mario ist überragend freundlich und hilfsbereit.. einfach unglaublich. Mehrmals wurde gefragt, ob wir zufrieden sind, etwas brauchen, und wenn Fragen waren, kam prompt Hilfe. Einfach einmalig.. vielen Dank dafür 👍👍👍

Super Lage direkt am Strand...

Perfekte Lage des Hauses, super schöner Garten sehr gepflegt und sehr freundlicher und herzlicher Empfang von Mario. Hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben um uns eine schöne Zeit zu ermöglichen, trotz des Unwetters einiger Tage zuvor. Wein, Obst und Süßigkeiten standen bereit... Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit Freunden... Einzig die sanitären Anlagen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber voll funktionsfähig, Wasser aus Boiler etwas lahm aber kein Problem... Waren super zufrieden und würde es auch gerne wieder buchen.. Grazie Mario.

Tolle Villa am Meer

Sehr schöner Garten und sehr sauber sonniger Strand direkt vor dem Haus. Top Ausstattung im Haus und Garten. Ruhige Nachbarschaft und sehr angenehme Lage das Hauses. Aufmerksamer sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter, toller Empfang und Abschied. Wir haben den Ferienaufenthalte als sehr erholsam empfunden.

Fantastique

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison de Daniela au mois de mai. Nous avons été accueilli avec beaucoup d'attentions, corbeille de fruits, vin, gâteaux Sarde et bien d'autres. La maison est très vaste, propre et très bien équipée. La literie est très confortable. La grand plus est l'accès direct sur la plage. Le jardin est très beau bien fleuri et tout est prévu pour manger dehors, salon de jardin et barbecue. Nous avions des transats à notre disposition. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité, il n'est pas nécessaire de prendre la voiture. Si vous avez l'intention de visiter la Sardaigne, je vous conseille cette maison fantastique. Merci encore à Daniela et aussi à Mario pour leur gentillesse et leur générosité.
