Staffs are very nice. They accomodated my request for an extra cot. There’s no free breakfast but I did went to eat at the dufferin which is exceptional. Wiññ be visiting again in the fall.

It’s a magical hotel to stay at during the winter holidays. The decorations are dreamy. Our room view on the 18th floor was stunning. The customer service was excellent. Our 3 years old enjoyed the treasure hunt throughout the castle. We were just very disappointed with the Holiday Brunch, for the same price or less we’ve had much more lavish brunches at the Renoir at Sofitel Montreal and at the Casino of Montreal. Overall it was a great family experience.
