I was disappointed in how small our room was for over 500 for 1 night. Also nothing is included in that price..not even coffee in the room. however the location and building are great as well as the history of the building.

The front desk staff was exceptional. He gave us an early check-in and also gave us a room on the 18th floor with a lovely view of the river. The bellhop was so friendly. He delivered our bags to our room and told us about the room. Our room was cozy and we loved the turn-down service. The hotel is as beautiful as I saw in the pictures.

The hotel wasn’t quite place to stay. The lobby was small then we thought. And the services were okay not 5 stars services. Maybe the economy reason… we felt like the hotel forces $ than service.
