Excellent lovation

The hotel was very old school beautiful and unique. Optimal location and near all the fun things. Very safe. Only slight gripe is at night no one at the desk to get change for the vending machines, I I should have checked for an elevator as there isn’t one here.

Excellent location, right on park facing Chateau Frontenac, with Notre Dame just behind. Easy to walk everywhere in Old Town, Lower Town and buses can take you farther. We were facing the park, but it was surprisingly quiet as things died down after dark. That might not be true in summer. We went to the restaurant for breakfast only once and it was very good, with huge portions. Friendly staff.

Loved the location, you are central to everything. Room was okay - clean but not much inside. The problem is the noise. There is a bar right beneath the window which plays music into the night past 11 sometimes, then there is a gap under the door so you can hear everything outside. Otherwise loved it

Historical building in great location. However although history is appreciated decor is dated and tired. We had a sewer odor in the bathroom. Reported to desk. It dissipated but not clear if that was because it was fixed or luck. Came back again anyway and no one followed up with us. Pretty poor.
