Property is in a great location and room was decent, except we had an issue with no AC and with the bathroom. No personnel on site and no answer when calling or response to our email to management for help. Advised to park at a parking garage that construction had closed down. No housekeeping came during our 2 night stay. If we did not have the issues we had with the room it may not have mattered so much but the situations required staffing to be present and they were unreachable. Disappointing

The room was clean, but we had to carry our luggage up two floors. Nobody was at the front desk until the moment we left. There was construction right outside of our room, and the windows were not soundproof (understandably). The luggage storage was left unattended. The shower water temperature changed as I showered.

This was a charming place to stay, our room was decorated so nice and windows opened up to street- staff great. The restaurant downstairs was fabulous and could walk everywhere- highly recommend! - remember no elevators- stairs.

Absolutely great location at Plaza de Arms, in the middle of Old Quebec. Rooms were comfortable, staff was friendly and the restaurant was good. The entire family had a very good stay.

We stay in a corner and unit with 2 window, it is bright and clean, shower pressure is good, washroom is well ventilated, plenty of tables and plugs. Noted that this is a very old 3 story building, there is no elevator. In the room, some hardware are not working properly as expected (like windows curtains). But overall is good experience.

Excellent location. The staff was very helpful. Our only issue was, being seniors, walking up and down the 51 steps to the 3rd floor was exhausting. The next time we visit we will request a room on the ground floor.

What a lovely charming hotel! I only gave four stars on the property but that’s because it was difficult for me, as an 80-year-old, to navigate the three flights all the way to the top. The staff was wonderful and the restaurant next door extremely friendly with good food. The hotel is central to just about everything and contributed to us having a magical stay in Québec. If you are older request a room on a lower floor but whatever you do don’t miss this charming hotel.
