The hostess was polite. The location is excellent. We are from the English speaking part of Canada, and every person we have met and dealt the along the way has been nothing but polite and helpful. This old Quebec City is absolutely stunning.

Easy to find the hotel. Quick access for parking and excellent placement for shopping and dinning. The views are amazingly beautiful! Staff is super friendly. The rooms are a little bit old, but comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Amazing location! Located right beside the Chateau Frontenac without the Frontenac price. Booked a room with 2 beds. Beautiful view of the park. Can’t say enough about the amazing location. Don’t expect great amenities as this is not that type of hotel. But if you’re looking for a hotel located in an amazing location within walking distance of everything, then this is your solution without breaking your bank at the Chateau. The front desk was not always serviced. This was the only inconvenience of our stay. Couldn’t easily reach someone to ask a question.

The hotel is behind the sheraton.

Overall the hotel was nice and cozy to stay at. Just the shower fans was filled with dust, and there was debri falling from the ceiling in the bathroom. I thought the hotel was fair overall. Just a bit more attention to detail on that, i think its a rock solid stay.

Wow but… nah

Nice place in a very good spot. But no parking, and nobody at the counter… the receptionist was there only from 4PM to about 8PM. The rest of the time, you’re on your own. The matters and the bed in general was amazing! But the shower…. Worst than you can possibly imagine. Just boiling or freezing water, no pressure, and the water stays in the tub cause its pretty clogged… yeah so I would of given 4/5 but the shower situation is THAT BAD for a 3/5
