The room was alright. Definitely an old hotel that had been renovated, and there are multiple floors that were only accessible by stairs which was not ideal. You get what you pay for I suppose but I was quite disappointed. The room was very gloomy, small bathroom and no bathtub and not the most cleanly

Aside the breakfast being the same everyday, the stay was lovely. The covered parking is a plus as we had a strong snow storm and the parking saved us the hassle of car snow clearing. The staff service is very friendly. Accessible to a bus stop that can take you to old Quebec as the parking there is scarce. The parking at city hall is most appropriate if you have to take the car.
