This is a very nice hotel, well run and clean. Only difficulty was parking and getting our luggage from the car to the hotel....this was inconvenient. Hotel restaurant was very nice also.

Great location and very clean. Room was on the small side but fine for one night. Shower almost unusable either freezing or scalding hot. Power cut during stay which lasted at least 20 minutes. Not fault of hotel but forced us to check out early as no amenities we could use.

This hotel is perfect! It’s in the heart of the city on a walking street with a fabulous restaurant on the main floor (plus patio dining) with charming wait staff. Upon entering our room we realized the toilet handle was broken but within minutes Habib and Denis were hard at work to make the repair. Their super friendly and apologetic nature more than made up for the tiny inconvenience. We would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant!

Great location. Close to Hotel Frontenac. Pedestrian street in front of hotel is charming but was packed with people passing through to Frontenac & promenade. Rooms are small but okay. Body wash & soap could use improvement.
