This is our 3rd stay at Hotel Ste Anne, so it's hard to have to write such a poor review... Something changed, in the last few years. Service is poor, cleanliness is acceptable, but by no means at the level it once was... the AC smelled like mould in our first room and the shower was clogged in the second, with lights not functioning in both rooms and a bathtub drain failure within hours of arrival which put it out of service for the full 4 days (despite promises of a quick fix). Only one member of the staff made even half an effort, but it was too little too late. And what kind of hotel only takes reauests for a late checkout the morning of your departure? Doesn't that eliminate the entire point of not having to pack the night before or worry about waking up early? Their excuse was that there were too many check-ins coming in and they needed to clean the room. If you can't prioritize a cleaning schedule to save late-checkout rooms for last on the cleaning schedule, maybe there's a problem with your organization. But by far, the bathtub was the biggest issue. They had 4 days to fix it, promised it would be done by the second night, and despite knowing that the request for a tub was due to health concerns, didn't bother lifting a finger to attempt to help. It will, sadly, be our last stay at Ste Anne or their sister property... you guys have got to clean your act up. Attached photos are of the shower before we asked for it to be cleaned to attempt to fix water pressure.

The hotel was in a very convenient location in Old Quebec. Very walkable to dining and shopping as well as historic sites. Parking was convenient as well. It is off site but a 5 minute walk to under city hall. I initially was looking for a bigger sign when trying to find hotel but subtle sign and delightful area. Room was clean and conveniently located next to very walkable steps. The hotel gave us a code to enter if after 11 pm which I felt was a nice safety feature but did not feel unsafe in area at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, quaint hotel in the heart of old Quebec city. really liked that the hotel is on a little side street with no vehicle access so quite quiet. The rooms are refurbished but still have some of the old brick work exposed. Walking distance to all the lovely places in the old city. The food and service in the restaurant was very good. Highly recommend!

very good location in qaint area. Very walkable to many interesting locations and easy to get rideshare if needed. Some issue with having to move heavy luggage into and from room due to sections of stairs on the floor our room was on. But overall not a real big deal.

We arrived early and the staff were kind enough to store our bags until check-in time and even had placed our luggage in our room which was helpful. We had looked for a small hotel with an elevator which this one has but on the 3rd floor where we stayed there were two short flights of stairs which may not be much of a problem for most but for someone with mobility issues, it is a problem. The TV did not work and did not realize this until we were ready for bed and didn't want staff to have to come in at that point. So no TV. I've asked twice for them to email the bill to me. I have not received the email still and I still don't know just what I was charged for

Hótel Sainte Anne is perfectly located in Old Quebec City, just a bit down the hill from Chateau Frontenac. S Hotel staff were friendly and professional, and our room was clean, well-appointed, quiet and comfortable. Also, we ate lunch twice at Savini, the unaffilated restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel, and both meals were excellent. Highly recommend!

Perfect location. Lovely clean room, with amazing shower. Had dinner in the restaurant one evening & had the Samon with herb spaghetti, it was the best piece of salmon ever!
