The air conditioning made a loud noise in the room. Toilet was hard to flush. Pads at entrance to bouncy castle were wet and they were thin. Supper at dining room was good, but breakfast was not as good. Staff were very polite

This property was a great stop on our way home after 2 week road trip. It is completely set up for families and has all kinds of activities to keep your kids entertained as well as the adults with live music and a Tiki bar at the pool! We could just relax and stay in to get some R&R. We will be back ❤️ Highly recommend!

Rooms need renovation. Desk chair had a nasty stain, sofa armrest was so used up there isn't any material on it anymore, "comfy" chair suspension is clearly broken due to too many kids jumping on it. Metal piece from the bathroom ceiling kept falling down. Never enough facial cloth for our family, we always had to go and ask for one more. The room with the balcony on the tropical garden has a nice view, but insolation of the room is not adequate and you hear everything from the garden, with all the kids screaming even after and before pool hours. Location is convenient.

The pool water was really gross with way too many people in the pool. A kid pulled down his pants and peed on the splash pad right in front of us. Hotel could have been cleaner.

Food at the restaurant was ok. Our waitress was very kind and pleasant. Bed killed my back and didn’t like the fact that wifi was cut off at 12am day of check out. Never enough towels available in the pool area and housekeeping knocked on our door twice the morning of check out. Felt like we were being rushed out of our room at 9am.

We're a family of 4 with 2 "tween" daughters. Having the option of a room with a queen bed and 2 additional queen murphy beds was a first for us and very nice. The facility was overall clean. I would only recommend this hotel if you have younger kids (school age), because the place is crawling with them! It was noisy some nights due to kids running the halls and yelling, but they have lots for them to do. Current road construction forces you to drive through a residential neighborhood, but its a minor inconvenience. For the $$, we'd stay here again.

Great little hotel. Tons of entertainment for kiddos, and the live music at the end of the night was our favourite. Downside.. the pool is extremely busy, and the rooms are not sound proof. Loud people/kids in the next room? You will absolutely hear them. They were our alarm each day.

We liked our stay. The area around the pool can get a bit too loud. My son had to come back play on the play structure when there was no music playing because he is sensitive to really loud music. The bouncy castles outside were fun for kids. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall if you plan to spend the majority of your time around the hotel the extra price is justified.

Amazing hotel for small children. Towels available at the pool so you do not have to bring your own. Room service is easy and convenient. Buffet is good and a very reasonable price for what is offered. Staff is so friendly and easily approachable. My child had so much fun and the day was packed with available activities to keep them entertained.

Buffet was great and easy option with kids. Kids loved the pool. The pool water is warm! I usually hate how cold hotel pools are, our home pool is heated and I just cannot stand cold pools so it was nice! Kids loved the activities. Perfect family hotel for families with young children!

Lots of activities for children and staff is great. Buffet and à la carte options at the restaurant, not too expensive and kids friendly (they even have an ice cream machine to make your own dessert and a slush machine!) Kids get a coin for the candy machine at the end of the experience which is nice too. Pool area: Tends to be very crowded but they keep it clean. Live music on stage and bar Do not book the garden view room if you want your children to go to bed early, music is very loud until 10:30pm-11pm. It is nice when you want to have a view on the pool and the « party » but not if you want to relax at night. Everything you need is in the room (fridge, coffee machine, dryer, etc.) and microwave stations are available on certain floors. Beds are comfy as well.

Good hotel for families with kids. The rooms were nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. However the hallways were humid and hot, the pool was small and always super overcrowded. The bouncy castle wasn’t clean, and half the arcade games didn’t work. Still fun for the kids however if those improvements are made it would be a much more enjoyable experience in the future!
