For standard reservations, private chef service for two meals per day is included; guests simply cover the cost of food and beverages.

Your Escape Villas concierge and guest services team can also coordinate airport transfers, transportation, spa treatments, Manuel Antonio National Park tours, catamaran cruises, sportfishing, adventure activities, and other personalized experiences throughout your stay.

Flexible Bedroom Configurations — Always Private

Saltwater Haven may also be reserved in 6-, 7-, 8-, or 9-bedroom configurations.

Regardless of the number of bedrooms selected, the villa remains completely private and exclusive to your group and is never shared with other guests. Unused bedrooms simply remain closed.

• For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, housekeeping service is provided every other day. Additional housekeeping may be arranged for $50 per day; please ask your host for scheduling and details.

• Laundry service is provided by our housekeeping team. Personal laundry service is included twice during a 7-night stay, with additional service available upon request for an extra charge.

• Pool towels are provided and may also be taken to the beach. We simply ask that beach-used towels be kept separate upon return so our housekeeping team can identify and properly launder them.

• For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, chef service is not included but may be arranged through our guest services team.

• A refundable cash security deposit of $500–$1,000, depending on group size, is required at check-in to cover potential damage or missing items.
