Tastefully decorated with imported elements, this large villa is just magnificent and second to none. Spacious, with large indoor and outdoor areas, a total of three bedrooms, two of them suites with king size beds, ocean/city light views, full bathroom, a/c, walking closets and flat screen TVs. This amazing villa offers high speed wireless internet and A/C throughout, unbeatable ocean, beach, city views and the exterior, the possibility to appreciate an exotic flower or scarlet macaw or watch a monkey jumping from tree to tree.

Housekeeping, caretaker and concierge services included free, parking for up to 4 vehicles, BBQ Grill, pool chairs and abundant nature.

The Master bedroom comes with a king size bed, tv, walking closet, full bathroom, A/C mini split units and doors that open into the pool and deck, where monkeys and different species of birds show up every morning.

The second bedroom also has views to the ocean and city and is quipped with a King size bed, closet, flat TV and full bathroom.

This was an amazing place to stay! We came to Costa Rica for the animals, and we saw more while sitting right on the lovely outdoor patio than we saw anywhere else. The birds were so active in the morning, and the monkeys entertained us in the afternoon. All communication with the management company was easy and thorough. The home itself was well appointed and comfortable for our family. We would highly recommend staying here!

House is absolutely incredible! Had everything you could possibly need. The little restaurant down the hill at the Manuel Antonio Surf School (MASS) was so much fun. Had a great and very fresh lunch and monkey show. The pool was a little too chilly for my liking but did dip in to cool off for a second (could be time of year and shade). Definitely recommend driving the driveway in the light your first time.

Jorge was extremely helpful. He met us at a nearby location and helped us get to the house. Jorge also made horseback riding reservations for us and it was an excellent tour that he reserved. A beautifully spotless clean house up on hill that overlooks Quepos and Quepos Bay. The house was spacious, the pool fantastic, the living areas roomy and comfortable for a family of 4 (the two teens got their own room and bathroom). We’d come back again with couples as it has ensuite bathrooms. We saw right from the balcony toucans, macaws, iguanas, and a variety of tropical birds. No laundry on premise but they will do laundry for you. Just had some wet clothes in between.

The property was great. Amazing mountain views and views over Quepos. Only a 12 minute drive to Manuel Antonio Park. The driveway is very steep and not for the faint of heart, but if you have a 4x4 and patience, you'll be fine. Concierge services were awesome, we arrived late and they coordinated dinner to the home 2 nights so we didnt have to drive at night.

Great view over the town and partial ocean views. Amazing wildlife viewing from the patio.

Rental was seamless and the property was clean. Saw monkeys, Toucans , Macaws, Aracari, all from the patio. Kitchen was ok but the entire house is in need of improved(brighter) lighting. Very dim in the kitchen at night.
