Très mauvais accueil. Nous venons de réserver la chambre avec expedia. C'est le frère qui (lui-même client )qui nous acceuille avec ses amis de sa chambre. Il nous amène vers la chambre de la responsable qui nous ouvre la porte de sa chambre no 3. Elle nous ouvre en tenue innapropriee (une tenue de nuit en dentelle). Elle se change et nous fait visiter notre chambre. Il fait très noir pour s'y rendre. Ambiance generale nest pas rassurante . Plusieurs personnes font la fête. Nous demandons dannuler la reservation qui a été effectuée 30 minutes précédent notre visite. Elle refuse. Nous décidons en raison de l'accueil, l'ambiance qui n,est pas rassurante de ne pas dormir dans cette chambre.

Note: This is nowhere near Quepos/Manuel Antonio!

We booked a room for one night while searching for places in "Quepos" or generally close to Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio. Obviously it was our fault we didn't double check but we ended up booking it because it showed up and only later found out that it takes about 40-50min to get to the park from here. Other than that, you get what you pay for. The hotel is a bit off the main street and doesn't have many things around to do or to go out to. The rooms are fitted with a small kitchen, aircondition and a cold shower (there was no warm water). The bed was not the best we ever slept on but manage well enough for one night (wouldn't reccomend for longer stays though). That being said, the host (who lives in room no. 3) is very nice and helpful with all questions and speaks spanish and english. All in all, would reccomend for a brief stop if you are in need for a room for the night. Not for longer stays or visits to the park though.

Las instalaciones están acordes al precio. Pero la experiencia a la llegada fue muy incómoda, para empezar el punto GPS no está bien ubicado así que tenés que ponerte a buscar por la zona. Ya ubicado el lugar llegamos y no hay una recepción, así que llamamos al número de telf que estaba en el rótulo y la persona que nos contestó no sabía de nuestra reservación. Después de que le dijimos que hasta teníamos pagada la reservacion accedió a darnos una habitación, para lo cual debieron pedir a otro huésped que les prestara la habitación, por lo que debimos esperar para que limpiaran. Ya estando instalados, seguíamos escuchando a la dueña buscando la reservación, con cuál tarjeta se había pagado y demás dudas y preguntas sobre nuestra reservación. Nunca en nuestra experiencia en hoteles habíamos vivido situación semejante. Si debo contar que la dueña, aparte de esta situación es una persona amable.
