—IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY

• Casa Dolce Vita is a distinctive four-level tropical villa connected by stairs. Guests with limited mobility or families traveling with very young children should consider whether this multi-level layout is appropriate for their group.

• The main living and dining areas feature an intentionally open-air tropical design, creating a close connection to the rainforest, tropical breezes, and surrounding wildlife. The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned for comfortable sleeping and private relaxation.

• Wildlife is part of the Casa Dolce Vita experience. Monkeys and other tropical animals may occasionally approach the open-air areas, so food and personal belongings should not be left unattended.

• For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, housekeeping service is available for an additional charge of $25 per day.

• Laundry service is provided by the housekeeping team. Laundry facilities are reserved for staff use.

• A refundable $400–$500 USD cash security deposit, depending on group size, is required at check-in to cover potential damage or missing items.
