Nestled in the heart of the jungle and just steps from local attractions, our exclusive Manuel Antonio Tree House Villas offer a one-of-a-kind escape surrounded by monkeys, sloths, toucans, and butterflies.



The Space:

Each private villa features 3 spacious bedrooms (max 10 guests) with AC, en suite bathrooms, a private outdoor pool with a waterslide and lounge area, a BBQ space, a cozy social area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and private parking for your convenience. Breakfast included.



Guest Access:

You will receive check-in instructions after booking, around a week before your arrival.

Parking spaces are limited, so if you are planning to bring a car(s), please check availability with our Concierge first



The Neighborhood:

Located next to the Sukia Canopy Zip Line and Butterfly Farm (with complimentary access to the Butterfly Farm and Cafe), our villas are just steps from local restaurants and attractions. Manuel Antonio Beach and Arenas del Mar Beach Club are only a 5-minute drive away, while the renowned Manuel Antonio National Park is just 10 minutes from the property. To ensure a seamless experience, we provide complimentary daily transportation to and from a private beach club at 9 AM and 4 PM. Note: Access to the Arenas del Mar Beach Club is subject to availability.



Other Things to Note:

- The villas were opened on August 1st, 2025.

- As part of our continued growth, two additional villas are currently being completed within this private six-villa development. Work takes place during daytime hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), and while every effort is made to minimize disruption, there may be construction noise.



We truly appreciate your understanding as we thoughtfully expand the property to enhance the overall guest experience.

A house mom and/or concierge will be available to meet you and your group at the villa.
