We were very happy with the cleanliness of the property, excellent customer service and delicious hot breakfast. The surrounding area were the best. The only thing that is not making me go back to this hotel is the fact that I found 3 roaches in different occasions inside my room. These roaches are very easily transported and hard to get rid off.

This was my first trip to the area. The staff was friendly and helpful upon our very late (12:30 AM) arrival. There was a bit of a language barrier, but thank goodness for Google translate! Breakfast was delicious, with several choices so that each day I could try something new. The hotel is very convenient to most areas of interest, including food, shopping, and historic sight-seeing. Uber is super easy here. My one suggestion is pretty obvious. Don’t drink the tap water or ice, or, evidently the incredibly tasty-looking street food.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The rooms were nice, although the lighting and storage could be better. But we absolutely loved our stay there. Location could not be more perfect for strolling beautiful Querétaro. And having the amazing breakfast in the rooftop with those amazing views was priceless.

Excellent place right on downtown Queretaro, walking distance to restaurants. Staff very friendly and rooms clean. Only down thing about it was the shower drain, water take a long time to drain so it fills up.
