Property was clean and great service. Hotel carpet needs an update. Also, a foul smell was coming out of the bathroom drain, it needs some improvement. Breakfast buffet does need more breakfast options, it was very limited. But we really liked the hotel, and the staff was professional and helpful.

Great property, great staff and central location. Only downside is that the rooms with a view can be a little loud, but again that's expected due to its location. Additionally, rooms with no view can be stuffy especially if it's warm. There is ac so it helps

The hotel is very nice and clean but unfortunately there’s 2 nightclubs very close to it., I booked a suite with city view but I had to move rooms to a less noisy area., the new room was very small and NO city view but at least I didn’t hear the noise anymore ., I didn’t get the difference in price ., the first one was more expensive but too noisy.

Without a doubt, one of my favorite hotels to stay downtown Querétaro, can’t beat the location and Hanks ( bar downstairs). Staff is friendly and welcoming.

The place is clean and the staff is the best. Everyone is friendly and ready to help. But, be careful of the room you select. Anything that faces the plaza will be VERY noisy, but only until 4:00 AM. LOF, 😁
