Magical place

This place was more magical than I could have imagined. The decor, the ambience, the staff, the rooms, all of it a delightful experience. It's such a serene, peaceful, relaxing place in the middle of the historic area of town. I can't say enough about what a beautiful facility Dona Urraca is. It holds a special place in my heart!

Bonito hotel, muy centrico e impecable. Los desayunos incluidos son bastos y sabrosos. Me encantaron los jardines y la alberca. El servicio es muy amable. Lo unico que me gustaria que mejoraran es el frigobar; no enfria bien las bebidas, pero sin duda volveria a este lindo lugar.

From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and every detail was thoughtfully attended to. One of the highlights was the couples massage at the spa-it was professionally done, leaving us both refreshed and stress-free. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations.
