Very attentive staff, check in was super fast, service was excellent. Loved the size of the shower size. This was the first time I was handed the remote to the tv at check in. That was pretty unique and creative. The bed was firm and slept very comfortably. Will def stay here again!

Me gustó mucho la estadía en este hotel, fueron muy amables al recibirme, la habitación es la clásica habitación de hotel, tiene sus ventanas antiruidos, lo cual fue excelente ya que el hotel está ubicado en una avenida con mucho tráfico pero pudimos descansar bien y no se escuchaba nada!. La ubicación tambien es muy buena, bien cerca del centro, fuimos caminando a explorar la zona, muchos sitios de comer alrededor. La limpieza tambien fue buena, las toallas en excelente estado. En la habitación colocan agua, shampoo, crema y jabon, me hizo falta una plancha.

Clean room, courteous staff and very good breakfast. Listening to the loud noise of the toilets being flushed by next rooms could be annoying. On the next screen of this review you ask about the free breakfast, very good but it wasn't free.

Painful night sleep

Positive: Price Negative: Need to change the bed. I could feel the spring in the mattress on my back. It was extremely painful and hurt my back. Overall: I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Staff ignored me and checked in 3 sports teams when many of them came in after me. Zero towels in room upon check in, took a while. Shower head so mineralized, could not move it. Only a few water jet holes open, so the rest would drill painfully into your skin. Not the hotel's fault, but you can wait 30-40 minutes for a taxi.
