Fantastic staff! Angie at the front desk was so helpful (everyone was, but she helped me daily so I am mentioning her specifically), and Mario at breakfast every day helped me get what I needed - really appreciate the kindness of both of them as well as the entire staff, made the stay really great

This is a new, very nice hotel. It has all the amenities and very good service. It is easy to get to and in a relatively safe area. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom clean. Unfortunately, since it's on a main road it can be a little noisy at night. Overall, definitely worth the price.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area of ​​the city, the breakfast buffet is very good and the staff is friendly and helpful, the only drawback for me was that the windows in the rooms are not soundproof and the traffic noise could be very disturbing

This property is a renovated old building and they have failed to upgrade a/c in rooms. Even though the weather in Quito is mostly pleasant, there were hot days during my stay. I switched to three different rooms because of malfunction of a/c units. Everything else just ok. I received a phone call from manager on duty the next day which is truly appreciated. Good breakfast, good location
