The cutest home in the city of Raleigh! It's
cozy and blue – super charming. It's practically next door to tons of stuff: colleges, the convention center, courthouses, even the Martin Marietta Center and the Red Hat Amphitheater. And get this – there are a bunch of amazing restaurants, like, *five-star amazing*, all within a super short walk! Seriously considering booking it for our next trip. This house is located in a gentrified area so if you are looking for complete quiet, this is not the place for you

This property fit our needs for being close to the Convention Center. We had adequate space and wished we’d had more time to use the space more(patio, living room fireplace/ tv, etc. My only complaint which I believe to be an oversight is we ran out of toilet paper; we only had rolls that little remaining paper and no full replacements.I would consider staying here again.Thanks.

My friend and I visited Raleigh for QuiltCon. We found Gail’s house on VRBO and it was perfect for us. So much better than staying at a hotel. The location was great - close to the convention center. The house itself is very lovely from the decor to all the amenities. Beds were comfy and having 2 bathrooms was awesome. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The house has been renovated very well. Rooms were not huge but very comfortable. Very cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials. The deck and backyard were great.

Beautiful House. Sketchy neighborhood.

The house was in great shape and very cozy. The listing was mostly accurate with the exception on the amount of beds. There were 3 beds but the listing made us believe that there were 5 beds. The neighborhood is quite sketchy with people out running the streets at all hours of the night. Our doors always had to be locked. Overall i do recommend this house for at most 5 people no more. Thank you

Affordable comfy home

I stayed here for a few weeks with my oncoming family. Everything is beautiful, clean. Mom and sister cooked so much with all of the utensils here. Very comfy home away from home. Gail was communicative and helpful during our entire trip. Would recommend and return!
