The professional and friendly staff are the reason we keep coming back to this property. It's not the closest or least expensive but the staff makes all the difference! Good food offerings and comfortable rooms help too!

I wanted to leave three separate reviews—one for each amazing employee—but the system wouldn’t let me, so I’m combining them here. My trip started off terribly with a rough flight and an even worse rental car experience. But when I arrived at the hotel, everything changed. Sierra at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. She greeted me with empathy, professionalism, and kindness—and even offered me a cookie. Her warm welcome truly turned my awful day into a pleasant stay. Hussein, the chef, was equally wonderful. You could tell he takes great pride in his cooking—like a proud papa showing off his craft. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and it made my morning feel special. Abir, our waitress, was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and efficient—she made sure everything ran smoothly and always had a smile. Whoever hired this team deserves a round of applause. These three made all the difference in my stay. Well done!

When we pulled in we saw an excessive amount of “park at your own risk signs.” I stay at hotels all the time, I’m aware hotels post these, but this was EXCESSIVE. Including 2 signs on the front desk. We found out through people at the restaurant that 5 cars had been broken into the night previously at the hotel (no notice from the hotel staff and denial when questioned about it). Given that I was traveling across country in a Uhaul, I didn’t want to take the risk. There was no understanding from the hotel staff, we escalated to corporate and they understood and were willing to help, but we were unable to modify the reservation at all, eating the cost of a reservation we didn’t utilize. Side note, one elevator was broken when we arrived. And the second elevator broke while I was on it. The hotel had no elevators, but I am unsure of the duration of time as we checked out within an hour of arriving.

Upon checking in, I noticed there was a lot of people that looks like addicts but lobby was quiet and looks very nice. NOTHING WORKS, had to use stairs for everything. Elevators don’t work, ice machine doesn’t work, they only gave us one washcloth in room. Room looks very nice even though you can tell it’s an old building. Outside seems kinda sketchy. Staff was polite
