The room was in good condition, the fridge worked great, clean. Staff great. Every time I got off on the 4th floor it smelled like marijuana. Need new towels. Refreshments in lobby very nice, especially apples individually wrapped. Breakfast was ok , nice shells were still on boiled eggs. Very clean in food area, the lady putting out food kept the area full, clean, she was attentive to my needs, and can speak English fluently. Most of all I requested an Accessible room at time of reservation over a month ago, but Juan at desk didn’t see any request when I checked in. Not happy, but took another room anyways.

My stay was okay at first until I used the microwave and my food could not get taken out it was stuck in there and the microwave would not stop going so finally someone came up with another microwave and that did not work as well. My food is probably still in that microwave because staff refused to remove it . So it smelled in my room of rotten food . Then the staff allows the homeless to come in and drink the coffee and argue with paying customers. I filed a complaint which I was sent 35000 points but never was given an apology or anything from The establishment. I’m my aponion this place is no better than the Motel 6

To start off, the entire hotel is under construction, so the noise was ridiculous. Our room and shower were disgusting. There was blood on the walls with boogers pee, stain carpets, and a cushion chair that was stained beyond belief. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay up. This place was disgusting and there was no rooms left to change. We should’ve been notified prior to booking about the construction, very disappointed!!
