The property was completely outdated, dirty and broken. When we were checking out I went to unplug my phone cord and found a used condom tucked behind the night stand (not mine). Some of the elevators were out of service, chipping paint overall filth. The manager did refund my entire stay due to the condom.

Very outdated. Very cold outside of the room. Understaffed and only one elevator working. The Holiday Inn where I live is quite nice and updated. I ended up moving to the Hyatt down the road for a better hotel experience.

It took 3 trips to the front desk to get a door that opened. First room the door handle just flopped down and wouldn’t open. Second room door was stuck and wouldn’t open. 3rd room finally opened. It was decent except for the fact that I had to clean the shower before my daughter could use it because it was filthy. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful with our issues but it was not a great start to our weekend. The floors in the hallways all had what looked like bleach spot on them and the wallpaper on all the walls was peeling. I would not recommend this place and definitely won’t stay there again.

Ok stay, terrible smell.

The overall stay was ok, but when we walked into the main area, it smelled like sewer! It kind of filtered into the elevators and hallways. The front desk clerk was aware of the smell, but didn't know what it was? Won't stay there again.
