We upgraded to a king suite which I paid for and it confirmed, I stated check in would be at 3pm. We show up and are told a king suite is not available. Our room smells like mildew, the door doesn’t lock, it’s just overall dingy. Not all worth what we paid. It’s a complete ripoff.

Below average

Only redeeming quality is proximity to Lenovo Center. Rates are jacked up 300% when popular shows are there. Room quality was poor, breakfast was crap, one of the doors was broken, bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. But it was a 20 minute walk to get to Lenovo. Parking isn't controlled, so people from other hotels, locals, and others just parked there and walked anyways just like us.

Nice and convenient location. Side door was broken and there was a broken glass bottle at the entrace. Bathroom clean enough, fresh towels everyday we stayed. Microwave in the bedroom worked but it made a strage noise when we used it. Friendly staff. Poor breakfast options.

Hotel needs rehabilitation. My biggest issue was there is no elevator. Granted it’s 2 floors but when you’re disabled then it becomes a nightmare trying to get to your room and down the stairs. The carpet is dirty and the entire hotel needs to be redone and updated to suit the needs of your guests
