2 buildings on the land size 400 Sq.m.
One main building has the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The another small building is separated & privacy one bedrooms with en-suite bathroom.

- a fully equipped western kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, gas stove,hot/cold water dispenser etc.
- Dinning area for 4 persons.
- Two air-conditioned deluxe bedrooms with king size beds, Both bedroom are overlooking pool and direct access to the pool.
- One bedrooms has small balcony, dressing room, large bathroom has 2 showers with tropical rain forest design.
- The another bedroom in separated small building. it has dressing area, large bathroom.

- Terrace area for dining seat for 6 persons.
- Swimming pool size 4x8 meters and nice sunbathe on pool deck area

- Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model and its condition

-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with extra charge
HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.
