A localização é boa, perto dos shoppings, tem conveniência e padaria próximo, quanto ao quarto a limpeza não estava muito boa, a cama não é confortável, e as roupas de cama tambem nao são boas. Eles colocarão um sistema para desligar a energia quando não tem ngm no quarto, mas mesmo estando no quarto e apertando o botão a energia caiu diversas vezes.

O apartamento tem uma excelente estrutura, é bem localizado e conta com um ambiente agradável, ideal para descanso em família ou entre amigos. Contudo, infelizmente, nossa experiência não foi das melhores. A hospedagem foi contratada para quatro pessoas, mas o sofá-cama estava quebrado e inutilizável, o que comprometeu completamente o conforto do grupo. Solicitei, sem sucesso, a troca de apartamento ou o reparo do móvel, mas infelizmente a administração não conseguiu resolver o problema durante nossa estadia. Como resultado, duas pessoas precisaram dormir no chão duro — algo totalmente inadequado e que nos causou bastante desconforto. Fiquei muito chateada com a situação, pois o local realmente tem potencial. No entanto, esse tipo de contratempo compromete a experiência e precisa ser evitado com mais atenção e compromisso por parte dos responsáveis. Espero que providências sejam tomadas para que outros hóspedes não passem pelo mesmo perrengue.
