Os quartos não estão com a manutenção em dia, logo que abri a porta tinha uma barata viva, o banheiro não estava limpo, não tinha tapete, em geral o quarto necessita de manutenções básicas. Após tomar banho, surgiu um vazamento da água do box para o quarto, empoçando água no quarto, como não tinha tapete ficou uma situação ruim. O ar funciona muito bem, roupas de cama e colchão razoável, para passar uma noite como foi meu caso ok, mais que isso não vale a pena. O café da manhã é ok, tem o básico. No anúncio dizia que tinha garagem, porém não havia espaço para o nosso carro e tivemos que deixar na rua, vimos também um rato na garagem. Em geral, me decepcionei bastante, pelo preço acredito que ter outras opções melhores, mais conservadas e mais higiênica, meu quarto foi o 109.

Quarto mal cuidado, sem manutenção. Cama ruim, lençol sem elástico q sai da cama. Falta lençol para cobrir. Mas pior foi que a recepção fechou o portão da garagem quando saíamos arranhando o nosso carro.

Propaganda enganosa. A piscina tem uma altura de 50 cm no máximo, o café da manhã não condiz com as fotos anunciadas. Ademais, há ratos enormes correndo pelo estacionamento e pelo pátio do hotel e há cheiro de esgoto no banheiro. O único ponto positivo é o atendimento dos funcionários, que no geral são bastante solícitos.

hotel está em condições muito ruins. Qualidade dos móveis e objetos do quarto estão velhos, tomadas não funcionam e wc não tinha nem tapete de chão. Toalhas não estavam no quarto. Café da manhã muito fraco e não tinha reposição. Garagem com lixos e ratos expostos e sem cuidado algum com a estrutura de limpeza.

Quarto, comidades, estrutura, higiene e conservação do local. Sobre a equipe não tenho o que reclamar, fomos bem atendidos por todo. Somente isso de ponto positivo, no mais deixou muito a desejar, achei que a propaganda do hotel mostra o que na realidade não é.
