The pool area seems abandoned, and there was trash there all days as well as rusted areas and a gigantic hole on the ceiling. We were three people, and they refused to give us a third pillow. There were no hands towels in the bathrooms, and only bar soap. Beds were not comfortable at all….. They also gave us our towels at the end of the first day of our stay. Breakfast was pretty good though. And it’s across from a supermarket, three blocks from the beach, and close to restaurants, drugstores, which made the location pretty good.

Pleasant stay at this very affordable Inn / Hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was small but comfortable, I would recommend for budget conscious folks.

They charge 100$ for the dog while it’s says pet friendly and it never said that they charge, parking was not available and they ask to pay 25$ for private parking, the room was not clean at all the sheets were so tinny and over used

The entrance by car is very limited and only have two lines. If there are cars parked, it’s a problem to get another car moving if they are picking up ppl. Manager is very unfriendly, ready to debate with guest no matter what. Reception ppl are ok, in particular Rebeca,- very polite and attentive. Extreme noise on the rooms because if all the air conditioning standing just outside the windows; not ever think about open the windows, noise are serious problem.

As fotos da propaganda são lindas, mas pessoalmente, o hotel é antigo, tudo cheira mofo, o corredor, o quarto, o banheiro é até manchado os azulejos, o chuveiro é terrível.. a única coisa positiva foi o atendimento na recepção, que foram super atenciosos e o café da manhã..

Precisa melhorar o atendimento na recepção (claro que não são todos), questão de toalhas e lençóis que não ficam disponíveis no quarto e é uma batalha pra chegar quando solicitado. No banho, a água fica sem descer no ralo deixando a área inundada por um bom tempo. Poderiam tbm oferecer 1 chave do quarto a mais, independente de quantas pessoas estejam no quarto.
