Desde o momento do check-in até o momento da minha partida, fui recebido com extrema cordialidade e profissionalismo por toda a equipe. A recepção foi muito eficiente, o processo de entrada foi ágil e os atendentes sempre muito bem treinados, simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar em todas as necessidades. O quarto em que fiquei hospedado era espaçoso, extremamente limpo, confortável e muito bem decorado, com uma atenção especial aos detalhes que fizeram toda a diferença. A cama era extremamente confortável, o enxoval de alta qualidade e o ambiente transmitia uma sensação de aconchego e tranquilidade perfeita para uma estadia relaxante. Além disso, o quarto contava com uma excelente infraestrutura: ar-condicionado silencioso, televisão de tela plana com vários canais, frigobar bem abastecido e uma conexão Wi-Fi estável e rápida, fundamental para quem precisa trabalhar ou se manter conectado. Não é lugar para descanso!

Não é um lugar para se descansar! A propriedade é uma residencia de praia.. para proprietários que usam para lazer nos finais de semana, não sendo um hotel propriamente dito. Isso não seria problema se não fossem as regras relaxadas da propriedade. Familias e grupos de pessoas à beira das piscinas ouvindo música altissima, e até competindo entre caixas de som para ver quem é mais importante. Caixas de bebida e vidro permitidos (mesmo contra regras explicitas ) na beira da piscina e muita bagunça e barulho.. Show no sábado em decibéis que incomodavam os quartos mais próximos. Muito difícil a situação. Se você for só dormir , chegue depois das 22:00... de tarde não tente ler um livro na varanda ou espere calmaria... lindo lugar... mas vá com a mente preparada pra ver isso.

Os quartos sao bons, o cafe da manhã achei fraco, pouca variedade e sempre ficava faltando repor, demorava. Fila para o café, como estava lotado acho que o restaurante nao comporta a quantidade de hóspedes. O hotel e bonito, limpo, tem uma estrutura fisica. Mais o restaurante no cafe da manha deixa a desejar. No último dia faltou agua até as 10 da manhã.

Inicialmente enviei várias mensagens para saber se o apartamento era no térreo ou não. Não obtive resposta. Minha surpresa foi que no apartamento apenas tinha geladeira, sem fogão ou cooktop, talheres, copos. O pessoal da limpeza conseguiu uma airfryer e talheres. Acho que essas informações deveriam estar escritas. Foi bem desconfortável, pois já fui em outra oportunidade em outro ap e tinha tudo.
