Começando por erro na descrição do anúncio, lá fala em 2 quartos pelo calor de 180,00 e outro anúncio no mesmo local sai por 140,00 de 1 quarto. Outra coisa foi em relação a área de lazer, com piscina de água turva, muita areia e espuma. Sobre o quarto 20A, as camas estão quebradas, sim, quebradas e com buracos nos lastros, e o colchão bem, não exiate, é uma espuma fina sobre o um compensado todo quebrado...

Em momento algum conseguimos utilizar a internet via Wi-Fi conforme prometido no anúncio do hotel. Durante a estada no hotel, precisaram realizar reparos (troca de chuveiro etc) na tarde inteira. Por outro lado, o qto atende a família no q diz respeito a ter geladeira, tv, gelágua etc.

Tivemos problema com banheiro entupido, que só foi arrumado após contato com a hoteis.com, eles queriam deixar para resolver a questão do banheiro e da água quente no outro dia, ficamos sem água quente por duas ocasiões, precisamos brigar para conseguir uma colcha extra (o quarto tem duas camas, mas só queriam fornecer um único edredon). A localização é ótima, o espaço é bom, mas o serviço deixa a desejar...
