The most important thing to say is that if you have a service animal that needs to be with you, this may not be the place for you. They did wave the pet fee for the service dog however he was not allowed in many of the common or public areas.

Rented a room with the Jacuzzi tub which was nice. The room itself could have been a little more clean. The inside of the toilet bowl was dirty and the surfaces around the room were dusty. The free breakfast has room for improvement, the sausages and muffins were dry. Customer service was good, the woman who checked us in was friendly.

It was great, the staff were super friendly and parking was convenient. There was popcorn in the lobby, but I didn’t try it so I can’t comment on the taste. The room was nice and clean, and even though I was by the highway ramp, it was quiet. Breakfast was good too, with sausage and scrambled eggs for hot options. I would definitely stay again!

We were in the area for a convention near Bowden. Very convenient location, and great facility. We enjoyed the breakfast options as well. When we left my daughter left behind a very special toy rabbit she had had since she was born. When we called to inquire if it was found, Fatima was amazing. She did find it and inquired where we lived. When we let her know she was actually going to be travelling to our city the next day and brought my daughters toy rabbit with her to return to us! This meant a lot to us and just shows what great customer service this hotel promotes!! Highly recommend, and definitely would come again when in the area!! Thank you again for being so kind and helpful!

The staff were very nice, the pool and hot tub were excellent, and breakfast was delicious. It's a 7 minute drive from an affordable museum with laser tag, mini golf, and dinosaurs that the kids got to ride on. We would definitely stay here again!
