-Kitchen needed attention - aluminum pans dirty, needed to be changed; preparation area streaky. -No spare roll of toilet paper. Couldn’t get heat. Cold. Needed more covers on bed. Woke up at night, cold. Needed socks and jacket. - receptionist friendly, told us how to lock door. Unable to help with getting TV to work. -clean but needs upgrading.

The place is very close to the beach and splash park which is its biggest plus. Property is outdated but clean. Towels were either old or bad quality, they left lint on us after shower. Fridge was freezing great. There is coffee machine which is great but no kettle.

This property is dirty and the individual rooms are worse. But the thing that stands out the most is how unsafe it is. Rooms are on the ground floor and the windows do not have locks on them, they can literally be just pushed open from the outside. We had to stick coat hangers in the ledges to make them secure, this combined with the transients in the area made us feel so unsafe that we only stayed the one night and checked out early.

The bed was OK and the room was cleaned as best as it could be but the room’s fixtures, furnishing and kitchenette needed replacing. Bathroom sink had a large hole and crack in it, only 2 of 4 light bulbs worked, no hair dryer, fridge had serious ice build up, bugs in ceiling light fixtures. Just needs a complete redo.

went to make coffee in the morning coffee pot was dirty coffee left in it it smelled old could not open blind or close it .parts of the blind was broken and dirty.The railing around the patio was rotten wood if you leaned on it could be bad the guy behind the desk was nice.IF they put new blinds and did up the patio cleaned the window i slipped at the bottom of the steps it was muddy and slippery i did not hurt myself but someone could
