The only good about this stay was Bonnie, the desk attendant, who changed our room for us after 2 nights of constant noise. The shower floor was cracked, water pressure was horrible and bed was, well very weak. We were moved to a room upstairs and the sink was "peeling" and got stopped up every time the water was turned on. The shower was the same as the previous room and the carpet in the hallway and room were stained. Don't believe any good reviews. The entire place was sketchy. Best part was when we walked out to leave. Oh, and it smelled.

Staff was courteous. Rooms were clean and good size, but not in good condition. Some fixtures in the bathroom were not affixed. There was no shower curtain, so the bathroom floor was soaked after showering. Used every towel provided to mop it up. The toilet would only flush if the handles was held down until it eventually flushed. Maintenance man woke me 3 hours before my alarm clock saying he was there to fix my microwave when no call for maintenance was requested. It was affordable, but I would not stay there again.

The guy that checked us in was very rude. As I walked my dog around the premises I saw too many homeless people and made me feel unsafe. The room was great and the lady that checked me out was very nice.

First , i didn’t get the room I reserved, they said the people must have extended their stay. I wanted one king bed, balcony with desk. They gave me two queens, and a small couch with a visually stained or dirty cushions, the bedding had not been changed their was dog hair under the sheets!!! However, they were a really kind staff, and gave me a noon check out for free!

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The pool was dirty and the spa was drained/out of service, so that was disappointing, but the rooms were clean and the staff made the stay very nice.
