This central location offers quick access to hiking, boating, fishing, and shopping—while still giving you a peaceful place to relax. Enjoy tree-lined streets, great stargazing, and that laid-back Northern California vibe.

A personal vehicle is recommended to fully enjoy the lakes and surrounding attractions. Sierra Landing offers private parking for multiple vehicles, including a dedicated spot for RV or boat trailers.
We’re 10 minutes to downtown Redding, 15 minutes to Shasta Lake, 10 minutes to Whiskeytown, and just a few blocks to Mary Lake. An EV charger is also available on-site for electric vehicles.

It's a great place. Everything is spotless. All appliances are new. The host stayed in communication with us throughout the trip. Great pool. Plenty of space for everyone. Quiet neighborhood. First of all, you feel very secure about the code to get in the house because the process is tied to you personally. Once you get in, you struck by the peacefulness and cleanliness of the rooms and decor. The windows to the backyard bring in the peacefulness of the property, it’s a beautiful view of the outdoor space, complete with a hammock swinging lazily in the breeze. Everything is very functional— as well as beautiful. If you want a home away from home, this is the place. But be warned, you might find excuses to skip activities because you just wanted to spend time in this peaceful space. :)Christy is very quick getting back if you have any questions at all and is a pleasure to communicate with.We enjoyed the space so much, and highly recommend it. Will definitely stay there again next time I’m in the area.
