The Space:

The open-concept main floor features a living room with leather sofas, fireplace, and smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and a dining table that seats 10 plus island seating for 4 more. A lower-level den adds a second TV lounge and game space. The back deck offers outdoor lounge seating, dining area, and a gas grill with panoramic mountain views.

Guest Access:

Self check-in details provided before arrival. Parking for 5 vehicles maximum: 3 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. AWD or 4WD required during winter months. The home includes 10 guest passes for Eagle Crest Resort amenities including pools, fitness center, and recreation facilities.



The Neighborhood:

🏔️ Eagle Crest Resort's Vista Rim neighborhood places you steps from the lakeside pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, stables, and fitness facilities. Three onsite golf courses and the Eagle Crest spa are available within the resort. Smith Rock State Park is a 15-minute drive in Redmond, 9 miles away. Bend sits 20 miles west with Deschutes Brewery, 10 Barrel Brewing, and the Old Mill District for river floating and shopping. Sisters is 14 miles northwest, known for the Sisters Rodeo, hiking trails, and mountain access. Suttle Lake and other Cascade lakes are 30 to 40 minutes away for boating and water sports. Black Butte Ranch and Brasada Ranch, both 20 miles out, offer additional golf and dining.



Getting Around:

Eagle Crest Resort is located off Highway 126 near milepost 5, 9 miles from downtown Redmond. Redmond Municipal Airport is a 15-minute drive. Bend is 20 miles west via Highway 126, about 25 minutes. Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort is 45 miles, roughly one hour in winter conditions. Sisters is 14 miles northwest, a 20-minute drive. Smith Rock State Park in Terrebonne is 15 minutes east.

• Pets: Not allowed — a fine will be assessed at checkout if evidence of a pet is found
