We stayed in room 316. Wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling off but otherwise room was clean. There was an air purifier in the room which was noisy at night so turned that off. Staff was friendly.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, best breakfast with the most selections I've had at any hotel for the price. Only downside was the noise from a busy street.
