Stayed two nights and asked to have the room refreshed for the second night. Housekeeping did not come. I requested from the front desk staff assistance to contact them at 4:00PM. Nothing happened. Ended up get more towels at 9:00PM when we got back to the hotel for the second night. Spoke to the front desk the next morning and they said they would have the manager call. No calls from anyone. Basically brutal service - we will not be back.

The hotel exceeded our expectations for the price. Breakfast was great, the room was very clean, staff is friendly, and it was walkable to a couple of nice restaurants, including Earls. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Could have used extra blankets in the room but I'm sure they'd have brought them if we'd asked. Loved the big fluffy pillows The staff was great, we had a good rest, the buffet breakfast was good, and well stocked. And the location was perfect.

Nice large and very clean room. Decent sized bathroom with both a sink inside and another outside. Comfortable bed and very peaceful despite being on a busy street. No ceiling lights and the overall light provided by the lamps was barely adequate. Only 2 towels of each type provided, would have been nice to have more. Strangely the microwave oven was right next to the sink, don't think putting it there is wise. The breakfast selection was very good, including gluten free bread and other than the scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, the food was very tasty and freshly made. The scrambled eggs were clearly the 'from can' type and the boiled eggs were pre-packaged. Would happily stay here again.
