Everything was great. One issue though. It was the dining room staff. I was checking out and walked into who I believe is a supervisor from the dining room yelling and berating a dining room worker. She should have done this in private, but chose to do it in the main lobby outside of the closed dining room

The breakfast menu is very diversified, meeting the needs of different types of diets. Staff and very helpful and friendly. My door to the room was a bit tricky but functional once I learned the trick to opening it.

This is an awesome hotel to stay at!! Staff is fantastic! David at front desk is super friendly and helpful!! Rooms are clean and very comfortable spacious! OMG the BREAKFAST!!! You won’t leave hungry! It’s a full breakfast! Stay here whenever we’re driving through!

This was our free night on the rewards program. I assume you have an extremely cheap rate with the Royal Hotel for the free night and it shows in the room we had. We have stayed here many times and never had such a terrible room. I would have refused to stay in it if it wasn’t the freebie. This is not a review for the Royal - it is a complaint for Hotels.com

Room was clean, but installations are aging (toilet paper roll holder falling from wall, scuffs and paint missing in areas of room, stained chair). Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of restaurants the area. The fitness room was a joke: 3 cardio machines and 7 dumbells ranging from 3 to 15 lbs, with minimal room to move around.

The stay was amazing. If you are a vegetarian breakfast was good, fresh fruit and toast options, unless you eat eggs (which I do) there are no protein options. That being said breakfast was GREAT! My husband enjoyed everything. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We were actually impressed with how friendly and professional the staff were as well. Now, the only thing were the sewer flies. There were a few that came out of the sink during our stay. I am aware that is a plumbing iasue (having had delt with them before) so hopefully something you guys can look into before it becoms a bigger problem. This was now, however, big enough to say we won't come back. The location, (close to restarunts and nice places to walk) staff and overall service was amazing. Thank you.
