Cute and cozy

We had a little hick/up on the day of check in. Host contacted me early on the day of our stay to let us know there was a maintenance issue at the house. Host offered us a full refund or stay at another place near our original booking. He sent us a link to have a look at it. We agreed to stay at the house offered. Our host even gave us a partial refund for the change in venue. That was very thoughtful. It was very cute, clean and warm suite. Our stay was very pleasant. Thank you for a positive experience.
