As a token of appreciation, we offer a cost-only (utility and cleaning costs) long weekend from October 15 to March 31 for summer guests who book 6 nights or more (other than Thanksgiving and Christmas/NYE weekend). Once you book your summer stay, just pick the long weekend and let us know : )!

Perfect for groups of up to 10, this two-year-old retreat, minutes to three beaches, is designed to cater to your every need. You'll find comfortable sleeping arrangements with a luxurious king bedroom master suite, a spacious second master suite featuring two queen beds, and a queen bedroom and two bunk beds sharing a well-appointed hall bath. Additionally, there is free Wi-Fi, a private office, and two bedrooms equipped with sit-stand desks for those who need to stay connected while enjoying this paradise.

The first floor boasts a fantastic game room where you can challenge friends and family to exciting matches of Air Hockey, Foosball, Shuffleboard. The gourmet kitchen comes complete with all the essential amenities you need to prepare delicious meals, and there are multiple dining options available, including a cozy breakfast room (seating 4), a formal dining room (seating 6), a kitchen island (seating 4), and a serene screened-in back deck (seating 6).

John & Elizabeth are wonderful hosts! Very responsive, kind and accommodating. The home is incredibly cozy, beautifully decorated, spacious and by far the best stocked with supplies that we’ve ever experienced. It made our stay super comfortable and convenient. Dog-Friendly Peaceful Getaway Near the Beach

My husband and I stayed here with our dog and had a wonderful time. The home was even better than the photos—spacious, very clean, and well-stocked with kitchen essentials for cooking. There were plenty of towels, and we really appreciated the extras like beach towels and chairs. The location was great—an easy drive to the beach in a safe, friendly community. We had such a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and stocked with everything we could possibly need for the weekend. The location couldn’t have been better—just a quick and easy trip to the beach. My family especially loved using the bikes provided, which made exploring the area so much fun! The pool was another highlight—absolutely gorgeous and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Great family get together

Nice sized family room and dining room. Perfect for watching football and playing board games. Good WiFi too for the online games. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Community has sidewalks for safe walking. Check in had a slight hiccup but John was easy to contact and got it worked out. We would be happy to return!

Great house

We rented the house for a week with our family & Friends. The house was just a describing the listing. Very spacious with an open concept so everyone could hang out in the kitchen and living area. Game room was great. House came with plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. It was a great location close to lots of restaurants and shopping and only about 10 minutes from the downtown beach area. Would definitely rent this place again.

Peaceful Beach Retreat

This home was perfect for my group of 9. We came with 6 kids, and they all had a bed to sleep in, which is always a challenge with so many of them! The bunk bed room was just the right fit for 4 of the kids, and the rest had a beautiful room with 2 beds by the game room. The kids really enjoyed the game room and the bikes. Two of my kids actually learned how to ride without training wheels during this stay, which was really exciting! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, especially with the beautiful screened in back porch. The front deck/balcony was also great to watch the kids biking. The entire house was immaculately clean, and we had everything we needed (sheets, towels, hand soap, shampoo, etc.). I highly recommend this lovely home.
