Welcome to 9 Lake Ave!
OVERVIEW: A charming OCEAN BLOCK home in North Rehoboth Beach and steps to the northern end of the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. There is a lovely ocean-view enclosed porch on the first level and a second-level balcony where guests can relax and enjoy views of both Lake Gerar and the Atlantic Ocean.
This home features hardwood floors on both the first and second levels, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The kitchen is to the rear of the house, while a living and dining space is to the front, located just inside the enclosed porch facing Lake Avenue. One bedroom and one bathroom are also on the first floor, with the remaining bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second level. Enjoy the outdoor space with a gas grill, picnic table, and outdoor shower.
LOCATION: Steps from the beach and boardwalk on Lake Ave. There is a community playground across the street, views of Lake Gerar, and great ocean views from the rooftop deck.
PARKING: Private driveway for approx. three vehicles.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, washer, dryer, ceiling fans, lovely outdoor space, and high-speed internet.
THINGS TO KNOW: Streaming services are only available with high-speed internet. Window AC units are provided in each bedroom, the living area, and the front enclosed porch.
Linens are not supplied; however, the host offers guests a rental package. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. Great location!

We had a great stay! Loved how close it was to the sand and the upstairs deck was the place to be after the beach. Cute, beachy decor set the mood. It could do with central ac but the window units mostly did the job. Lovely, quiet area but not far from the restaurants and shops.

great location, close to beach and end of the boardwalk. very nice accomodations and little things like soap and trashbags available in the home. ReMax was great at quickly fixing the power problems the first day

We really enjoyed our time at 9 Lake. It's a great location and the 4 bedroom house was perfect for our crew. In addition - the owner and property company installed blinds and another air conditioner unit in the sunroom to make our stay even more enjoyable!

Perfect location for our favorite beach

Very nice, the owner should be complimented on the decor of the house. Had some plumbing issues but they were addressed quickly. Air conditioning was a bit loud but needed. You could see the sunrise each morning from the porches!! Very well stocked with dishes, cups, pans, utensils, etc.
