Exclusive alpine house in a prime location

Exclusively equipped holiday home to feel good at 1800 m above sea level with a view to Falkertspitz and stream to the namesake of our house the "Seebach". On 145 sqm we offer 4 bedrooms for 2 to 8 people. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with fireplace, Internet Wi-Fi connection and access to the balcony, a nice dining area, a new, fully equipped kitchen, and a separate guest toilet. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with a shower room and toilet. The basement is equipped with another bedroom (sofa bed 160 x 200 and TV), a shower room with toilet and a Klafs sauna. From here you have direct access to the terrace, garden and barbecue area. In the anteroom is a washing machine u. a clothes dryer available. Other ski lifts u. the ski school is about 300 - 500 meters away. Gastronomy you have in the immediate vicinity. If you prefer fresh bread in the morning, you can order them in the season in the nearby restaurant "Kärntnerhaus" and pick them up.
The nearest grocery store is 7 minutes by car down the valley in Wiedweg. The 18-hole Bad Kleinkirchheim Golf Course is a 10-minute drive away. In addition, the two thermal baths in Bad Kleinkirchheim invite you to swim and relax (about 15 minutes by car).
 2 car parking spaces are available. Holiday in every season.

The house has everything you need for your daily life.
For the duration of the stay only towels, and bed linen must be brought. Fixed hiking boots, slippers and a flashlight are advisable. For the winter holidays we recommend to bring snow chains and to plan the arrival from 15. 00 o'clock.

Heerlijke charmant chalet in rustige natuurlijke omgeving

Communicatie vooraf was gemakkelijk en duidelijk. Het chalet ligt op een heerlijke hoogte waardoor het bij warmte koel is te verblijven.Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig, in en om het huis. Door de gastvrijheid hadden we direct een "thuisgevoel", wat bijdraagt aan de vakantie-ervaring.Mooie rustige en natuurlijke omgeving met genoeg activeiten op korte rij-afstand voor een geslaagde zomervakantie.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus .. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bekammen direkt sehr nützliche tipps für die Umgebung , das anden wir sehr nett .Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut , von dort aus ist man in kürzester Zeit bei den verschiedensten Locations . Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus, was keine Wünsche offen lässt

Die Umgebung, das Haus, der nette Empfang und die Möglichkeit einen unvergesslichen Urlaub mit der Familie zu verbringen. All das haben wir in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus bekommen. Sobald man die Auffahrt zum Haus bewältigt hat, kann man hier alles finden was man sucht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und noch mehr. Der Bach vor dem Haus ist sehr natürlich und idyllisch. Die Begrüßung durch Manuela war herzlich und auch bei weiteren Fragen und Empfehlungen war sie stets zur Stelle. Auch die zusätzlichen Annehmlichkeiten wie Sauna und Kamin, haben zur Entspannung beigetragen. Die Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung sind abwechslungsreich und toll.Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Perfekter Familien Ski-Urlaub

Kleines nettes Familienskigebiet in der Nähe. Perfekt für Familienurlaub. Kurze Wege, sehr übersichtlich.Haus perfekt für den Skiurlaub mit Sauna und Rotlichtkabine. Sehr gemütlich und entspannend mit einem Holzofen im Wohnzimmer. Hang hinter dem Haus eine schöne Mini-Schlittenpiste und Spielmöglichkeit für die Kinder. Gastgeber unkompliziert und freundlich. Passt einfach alles. Alles in allem sehr gelungen und gerne wieder!

Der Empfang war sehr humorvoll und warmherzig-es erwartet die Urlauber eine sehr saubere Location mit Sauna und tollen Außenbereich. Die Hütte liegt in einer sehr schönen Urlaubsregion umringt von Bergen. Liebevoll, gemütlich eingerichtet bekommt die Seele direkt den gewünschten Urlaubs-Modus. In der Nähe gibt es Gastronomie, Brötchen-Service ist möglich. Der direkte Einstieg in Wanderungen vermeidet unnötige Autotouren. Wir kommen wieder.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Kärnten. Der Kontakt war durchgängig sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber und komfortabel ausgestattet. Wer in diesem wundervollen und extrem gemütlich eingerichtetem Haus etwas zu mäkeln findet, muß es fast suchen. Optimale Lage, Blick direkt in die Natur, für den Küchen-wohn- gartenliege-bereich alles Nötige vorhanden, Wandermöglichkeit aus dem Haus heraus;ein wunderbares Erlebnis, das jeden Cent wert ist. Dass der Wildbach bei Regen und Schneeschmelze laut ist....ist halt Natur. Wir kommen sooo gerne wieder!!!

Silvester in den Bergen

Das Haus, die Umgebung und auch Abwicklung, Verwaltung und Vermieter sind absolut Topp!!!! Wir waren über Silvester eine Woche in Kärnten: Trotz wenig Schnee konnte man in dieser Höhe Skifahren. Wandern und Einkehren in schönen Hütten möglich. Brötchenservice hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, sauber und bietet absolute Erholung! Der Ausblick ist einfach grandios. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Woche!
