Circus Circus is always a fun and wonderful location. The housekeeping staff is always helpful and keep the rooms tidy on daily basis. However, sometime in the mornings, they are really loud and if someone is still sleeping later in the morning, it can be a problem. The carpets in the rooms could use a deep cleaning. The check in process is very easy and the whole overall experience of being there is great. They do need to clean up the general areas better though like the hallways and elevators. Overall its a great place, we will be coming back!

Terrible Room in Reno

The room was not clean. There were crumbs all over the nightstands and Viviane hair in the bathroom sink. Plus the showerhead barely worked and the vent in the bathroom had mold on it. I would not stay at this location again.

When I need to stay in Reno, I'll go back to the Silver Legacy. I was not impressed with Circus Circus.

Very disappointing

Check in at 3:15pm at the front desk, The employee was new and does not know what she was doing . She mixed up my reservations with my last year record that was already cleared and finally admitted the mistake and manager made the correction. Another mistake, one the room was not even ready and already past the check in time and no apology made and another error mistake mixed up the room and end up waiting another hour. Very disappointed.

This was perfect for what we needed, a place to sleep -- the only reason I didnt give it a 5 was because there was no map and it was NOT EASY to find our room. We drug our luggage all around after a long car ride, to only be sent to the wrong area 2 times --- but once we got there bed was comfy, quite enough to sleep and easy check out. :)

Escalator was broken for the whole time. I was there making us up to go around through the casino floor instead of going straight to the hotel lobby. I felt like it was done on purpose to get the hotel guest to possibly gamble more by putting them through the casino.
