I requested a room with two double beds, got one king bed. According to google review, this has happened in the past. They no longer have a buffet they were known for. Big let down. The casino has old smelly carpeting, very bad. Hard to find guest/security assistants. Parking garage is run down and in shambles. WILL NOT BE BACK. I will not be using experian again, they can't garuntee what I booked.

Wow. Loved Circus Circus. Had the best time ever. They have a great arcade for the kids . A midway where they could win prizes. Very family oriented. I ate at Gordon Ramsay. Had fish and chips was excellent. Also, the pizza place in the food court was very good. Prices were reasonable. Everyone was very friendly and very nice. I will be going back there as my go to Place when I go to Reno Nevada

Typical casino fare. The room aren't the most modern or maintained. The door was a little beat up. No refresher or microwave. They don't want you to do tay in the room, they want you to go spend/lose money. The restaurant fare was a great variety. I ate at Ruth Chris Steak House. Excellent food and prices to match

We had 3 hotel rooms and in one of them the bathtub didn’t drain, then after using the toilet you had to wait and go jiggle the handle because it kept running. In the other one the ac didn’t work well at all and the thermostat was broken. The floors were not very clean and beds were rock hard! None of the bathrooms had fans in them either.
