Not worth it. Parking is confusing. The construction here is atrocious and multiple escalators are not working making the place impossible to navigate with luggage. I paid for a renovated room and was placed in a non-renovated one and then had to ask about it. Two hours to check in and get my room corrected and that was with no line at customer service. Overall I do not recommend staying here. Wish I would stayed at GSR.

Rooms were not clean. I am a heart patient and I asked help at the reception but I was denied help. I was told that they’re not supposed to do that. Reception customer service was very unprofessional and rude. That one person from valet parking was able to help me going out of his way. Very bad experience
