I love Mia Hampton. You know what you’re gonna get the rooms are always clean well organized appropriately furnished. The only issue that I had this time was we got a handicap room which was fine except in the shower. The water went everywhere and I almost slipped twice. It just made a huge mess and I get that there are reasons for that. Plus, I noticed in the up by the ceiling when I looked up in the corner there are spiderwebs and the panel when you first walk in the bathroom to the bottom, left corner is busted and it’s sticking out which is another hazard. Otherwise I love Mia Hampton. We are Hampton for life.

This was my 2nd time staying here and I was even more impressed than the first time. The room was great, I love the personal touch with the tv showing "welcome and my name". I had a soar throat and took advantage all day night of the free hot beverages station with honey. The churro waffles were fantastic. Thank you so much to Mel who works nughts she was so sweet, amazing and helpful. I had many interactions with her and she fantastic every time. Suzette I met this morning and she was also great too. I will continue to stay here any time I come to Reno. Thank you all even the housekeepers and maintenance people and everyone else behind the scenes too. I hope you have a happy holidays.

Very comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. The fixtures in the bathtub/shower were rather loosely attached, but worked ok. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than I expected, but not gourmet. Solid healthy choices

I chose this hotel because it’s pets friendly, free parking, free breakfast, the indoor pool for the kids, and in front the marina which is the best part of Reno. The room was clean, basic amenities and what we need. I only gave 4 stars because, I called ahead of time to asked if the pool was heated, yes was the answer, but when we tried to use it was icy cold- we had to leave right away. We had 15 hours drive and I just wanted my kids to get their wiggles out and it was disappointed they couldn’t use the pool due to the cold temperature. If they could fix the pool- this hotel would have been perfect! However, the location was good! In front of the marina where we took our kids and dog for walk and to the playground.
