We LOVED this place. Sadly though the property charges you an EXTRA 325.00 Property Fee and you get nothing for it. The owner is fantastic quick to respond, amazing place, nice underground parking, balcony faces east so you get morning sun and it is lovely to sit out on balcony when the sun is blazing on the other side of the building. It had absolutely everything you needed from spatulas to towels to wifi to your own hot tub on deck. The 325.00 may not be a big deal if you are splitting the cost with 2 other couples. We were just 1 couple so that was a pretty big hit and it does not show on the listing. If I was splitting it 3 ways then I would have no problem staying there again. I do recommend this place but just be aware of the Property fee of 325.00
